Exhibitors can choose from two display categories: “unit” or “stand”, in accordance with their needs as a company or individual exhibitor, and with regard to the number of inventions being presented.

Category 1: "UNIT"

• The minimum “unit” consists of a wall module measuring 100 x 250 cm. which is attached to a counter measuring 100 x 50 x 90 cm.

• This set up comes complete with a chair, an electrical current (220 v), a clip-on spot light (100 w), a banner displaying the name of the exhibitor and where they are from, a panel describing the invention and a sheet detailing business contacts.

• Packaging, tools, replacement Items and all kinds of other materials can be discreetly stored inside the counter.

• The exhibitors themselves will have a distinctive pass and will be able to freely take part in all the activities programmed by the organizers

o The cost of registering 1 invention to be exhibited is 290 €
o The cost of registering 2 inventions to be exhibited is 525 €

• Exhibitors who substantiate their affiliation to a registered inventors’ association or club will receive a discount of 15 € on the price of the “unit” category only.

• 7% Spanish VAT is applicable to all prices.

•For reasons of cost, If exhibiting more than 2 inventions it is advisable to register for the “stand” category.

Category 2: "stand"


• This category is especially suitable if more than 2 inventions are being exhibited. It is also suitable for service companies, businesses and institutions.

• This category includes the use of an individual stand measuring 4 m2 (2 x 2 metros).

• The stand has its own lighting (400 w), electrical current, 2 counters, 2 chairs, exterior front facing sign (or side facing on corner stands) displaying the exhibitor’s name. It also includes a banner with the name of the exhibitor and where they are from, a panel with a description of each invention and a sheet detailing business contacts.

• The total cost of registration for the “stand” category is 730 € (plus 7% Spanish VAT).

• Registration includes the total number of inventions presented and exhibited inside the stand. The exhibitor will have a distinctive pass and will be able to freely take part in all the activities programmed by the organizers.
