The documentation that exhibitors will receive upon arrival at the fairgrounds includes a maximum of 5 free entry tickets to give away to several people. The exhibitor will have a marked pass that will permit him free access to the fair. People registered in the Special Program for Accompanying Individuals will have a corresponding free access pass.

Regarding visiting professionals, Attic '09 coordinators will send a mailing-invitation to 10,000 selected companies and information about session-related activities to company representatives.

In the case that exhibitors desire to complete a commercial mailing to selected companies or visiting professionals on their own, they can download the document via the web, print it and use it freely.
